Spotify launches native app in five Audi models Image: Primary
Spotify launched a native in-car app for Free and Premium listeners in Audi's A6 e-tron, Q6 e-tron, A5, Q5 and A6 on October 21, the company announced. Available through the Audi Application Store, it runs on the vehicle's infotainment system without phone pairing or tethering for playback. The app supports Audi voice controls and, where available, passenger displays. Video and lyrics are restricted on the center display while the vehicle moves and become available when parked. Availability varies by vehicle and market, and an Audi connect package may be required.
