Salesforce has announced AIforce, a system intended to let external AI interfaces including Claude and Slack use enterprise data and business logic while retaining CRM permissions, workflows and security controls. The company says users can make inquiries and record updates in natural language, and it is providing developers a Headless Toolkit with MCP, APIs and plugins. Salesforce says the Claude integration is in beta.
