Data Center Capital has launched in Germany as an investment and asset manager focused on Tier II and Tier III edge colocation sites. The founder-owned company says it plans to invest €500 million to develop 46MW of capacity across the country. Its listed plans cover eight facilities in Augsburg, Konstanz, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart. The company says the locations have secured grid connections and are in metropolitan regions with strong small- and medium-sized business bases.
