42AI emerges from stealth with $62.5 million raised over three years

Israeli startup 42AI emerged from stealth with $62.5 million in seed funding accumulated over three years from its founders and Infinity Group, TechCrunch reported. CEO Amit Gal-Or said the company is working with 10 large brokerages that use its behavioral prediction system to manage liquidity, margin requirements and hedging exposure. The system turns observations from customer transactions and support interactions into representations of personal tendencies, then estimates probabilities of decisions. Its claimed 98% trading accuracy measures whether flows fall within a predicted range, rather than whether individual trades are correct. The founders acknowledged that missing situational context can reduce accuracy.
