ING says India software exports reached about 5.2% of GDP

ING estimates that India's software-services exports have risen to about 5.2% of GDP, from 3.3% before the pandemic. The bank attributes the shift to AI pushing the country's IT industry toward higher-value work, while saying the outsourcing industry shows little sign of losing ground to AI.
