Crusoe reportedly discusses IPO with Wall Street banks

Data-center developer and power supplier Crusoe is in IPO talks with at least four Wall Street banks, Axios reports. JPMorgan is advising Crusoe on a reported $3 billion pre-IPO fundraising that would value the company at $35 billion. The discussions do not establish that Crusoe will list publicly or complete the financing.
