Iris says Bolivia carrier VIVA is live on its telecom financial network
Image: Primary Iris Network said it launched a financial network for telecom operators and that VIVA, a licensed carrier in Bolivia, is its first live operator. Iris said transactions on the network settle in USDi and VIVA holds operating reserves in dollars. The company framed the service as infrastructure for operators' subscriber payments, top-ups, advertising and settlements.
