Claude Managed Agents adds workflows for up to 1,000 parallel agents

Claude Managed Agents adds workflows for up to 1,000 parallel agents Image: Primary
Claude Managed Agents has added Dynamic Workflows, allowing up to 1,000 agents to run in parallel in a single execution, a note roundup reports, citing The Decoder's October 9 coverage. A lead agent plans the work, assigns tasks to other agents and compiles their results. In Anthropic's test involving 70 planted bugs in 116,000 lines of code, the workflow consistently found 66 bugs, compared with between 14 and 27 for a single agent in one run. The feature can consume large numbers of tokens, prompting a recommendation to start with small tasks. The company test does not establish equivalent results for other workloads.
