Nscale files for proposed NYSE IPO
Image: Primary Nscale filed an S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed U.S. initial public offering. The London-based AI cloud and data-center company applied to list ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are listed as lead bookrunners. Nscale has not disclosed the number of shares, expected price range or capital sought, and the registration statement is not yet effective.
