Carta Law launched a fixed-fee service for seed financings that covers legal work from term sheet review through closing and post-close capitalization table updates. The firm says its proprietary AI supports legal teams, with an experienced startup attorney assigned to every deal and attorney review and sign-off. The service includes financing documents, ownership modeling, closing mechanics, and state and federal securities filings. Carta Law says it delivers first drafts within 24 hours. Antler, Techstars and 500 Global are launch partners. The flat-fee offering applies to standard financings.
