Alibaba releases open medical AI model for reading abdominal CT scans

Alibaba's Damo Academy has open-sourced RADAR, an AI model that the company says can read CT scans and identify about 150 abdominal conditions, including cancers. A study published in Science tested it on nearly 40,000 real-world exams and reported that it outperformed most radiologists, according to the South China Morning Post.
