Atlassian rolls out Jira agent dashboards and broader template access

Atlassian rolls out Jira agent dashboards and broader template access Image: Primary
Atlassian is rolling out a Jira Cloud release that adds agent management and usage reporting and extends custom templates to Standard and Premium plans. The company says the release will be generally available across Jira Cloud by November 2026. Agents receive their own identities in Jira, while space settings show where they are used in workflows and automations. A dashboard connects activity across Rovo, coding tools and third-party agents with cycle times, throughput and shipped work. Administrators can also require global fields or statuses in team-managed spaces and apply a default policy to new spaces. Custom templates, previously limited to Enterprise, can preserve workflows, views and embedded agents.
