Digi International agreed to acquire Disruptive Technologies for $130 million in cash, the company said Thursday. The acquisition would establish a commercial presence in Europe for Digi's SmartSense monitoring platform. Digi said the deal would strengthen monitoring capabilities in food and health and expand the platform into building automation and occupancy. It will finance the purchase through its existing revolving credit facility. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2026.
