Siena raises $17 million to expand AI agents for consumer brands

Siena raises $17 million to expand AI agents for consumer brands Image: Primary
Siena raised $17 million in a Series A round led by York IE, bringing its total funding to $29.7 million. Joyance Ventures joined as a new investor alongside existing investors Aglaé Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and the Super Angel Fund. The startup will use the capital to develop more autonomous agents and a shared system connecting them. That system combines orders, subscriptions, reviews, and previous customer chats so agents can use information gathered by one another. Siena offers customer support, shopping, and social media agents and is developing a voice agent for phone calls. It charges brands based on results and data tools used rather than user seats.
