Kraken prepares Anthropic IPO token offer excluding U.S. investors

Kraken prepares Anthropic IPO token offer excluding U.S. investors Image: Primary
Kraken is preparing to offer eligible investors tokenized exposure to Anthropic at its IPO price plus a 5% spread, Yahoo Finance reports. The ANTx offer excludes U.S. persons and investors in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Requests will open through Kraken's xStocks platform, with allocations subject to demand and other fees potentially applying. The tokens, issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited, provide price exposure without voting or shareholder rights. Filled allocations would arrive when Anthropic lists and could trade around the clock without a lock-up period. Investors may receive all, some or none of their requested allocation; unfilled funds return to their Kraken accounts.
