BTQ Technologies Provides Full-Year 2025 Corporate Update Highlighting Commercial Progress Across QCIM, QPerfect, QSSN and Bitcoin Quantum
BTQ Technologies Corp. released its full-year 2025 corporate update on March 30, 2026. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company listed on Nasdaq and CBOE Canada under ticker BTQ outlined progress across QCIM, QPerfect, Quantum Secure Systems and Networks, or QSSN, and Bitcoin Quantum. The update also noted capital markets milestones that increased visibility with institutional and thematic investors.
Chief Executive Officer Olivier Roussy Newton said 2025 was a year of execution across every major area of the business. The company made meaningful progress in translating core research and architecture into commercial pathways across silicon, digital asset infrastructure, and quantum software. BTQ advanced QCIM toward productization, supported the continued expansion of QPerfect's emulation and control platform, moved QSSN into live pilot environments, and launched the first quantum safe Bitcoin testnet.
In QCIM, the company strengthened its position through integration of Radical Semiconductor's CASH architecture after acquiring the assets. Radical co-founders Sean Hackett and Zach Belateche joined BTQ full time, with Hackett serving as Head of Silicon Product and Belateche as Head of Hardware Security. BTQ signed a 15 million dollar development and joint investment agreement with ICTK, South Korea's leading secure-element manufacturer, to co-develop the QCIM secure element platform.
The update further stated that BTQ announced a strategic collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute to validate QCIM in silicon. QSSN has been referenced in the Post Quantum Financial Infrastructure Framework submitted to the SEC.
Bitcoin Quantum represents the first quantum safe fork of Bitcoin, serving as a live environment and liquidity bridge for quantum threatened digital assets. BTQ enters 2026 with stronger technical depth and clearer commercialization milestones, according to the update.
