NODA AI Inc. has raised $25 million in Series A funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Draper Associates, Bloomberg Beta, and Alumni Ventures. The investment will accelerate delivery on key milestones for Department of War and United Kingdom Ministry of Defense customers. It will also deepen integration across more than 30 existing platforms. The company will extend its technical capabilities into new defense and intelligence markets. NODA AI develops a novel open and vendor agnostic reasoning platform for algorithmic warfare. The platform is designed to orchestrate tactics across manned and unmanned systems. The company was founded in 2024 NODA AI has been selected to lead the orchestration layer for a multi domain collaborative autonomy program. A senior Department of War official stated that the advanced AI orchestration technologies enable seamless coordination across unmanned and manned systems spanning air, space, surface, subsurface, and ground domains. The official said the work directly supports the Secretary of War's priorities. Philong Duong, chief executive officer, said the company is focused on creating the brains for adaptive reasoning, real time tactics and strategy handling. Janelle Teng Wade, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, said the firm is proud to partner with the team as they define the future of algorithmic warfare.
