PhoenixAI has raised 80 million dollars in Series B funding to accelerate its AI-native database platform built for autonomous agents. The Menlo Park, California company announced the round on June 11, 2026. Sky9 Capital led the financing with additional investors Atypical Ventures and Olive Technology Ventures. The company was formerly known as CelerData. It rebranded around its bet that the rise of autonomous AI agents will require a new kind of database designed expressly for them.
