Ondine Capital announces first close of third fund for AI and semiconductors Image: Primary
Ondine Capital announced the first close of its third U.S. dollar-denominated venture fund, securing commitments from institutional and strategic investors, including semiconductor companies in Taiwan. Fund III will invest in AI, semiconductors, computing infrastructure, enterprise software and intelligent systems operating in physical environments. Its early portfolio includes Recursive Superintelligence, autonomous trucking developer Bot Auto and Salience Labs, which develops optical switching technology for AI data centers. Ondine also appointed Brian Yen as partner to support early-stage software and physical AI investments. The announcement marks a first close rather than the fund's final close.
