XBOW Raises $120M to Scale AI Pentesting
XBOW announced it raised $120 million in Series C financing. The round was led
Ramin Sayar, venture partner at DFJ Growth and former chief executive of Sumo Logic, will join the XBOW board of directors. New investors Sofina and Alkeon Capital participated. Existing investors Altimeter, NFDG Ventures and Sequoia Capital also took part. He will help the company scale operations and expand in the enterprise market.
Oege de Moor, founder and chief executive of XBOW, said the company reached the top of the HackerOne leaderboard and is now deployed at some of the most security-forward companies in the world. He said the funding enables the company to bring continuous speed to the entire industry. Barry Schuler of DFJ Growth said the company proved the technology and market demand. Sanjot Malhi of Northzone said Fortune 500 and global enterprises are already relying on the platform.
Over the past year, XBOW proved that autonomous systems can operate safely and effectively in live production environments. The investment will accelerate expansion across enterprise markets, continued product innovation and international growth.
