SAP agrees to acquire TechWolf and announces October HR assistant availability

SAP says it has agreed to acquire TechWolf, whose AI platform maps employees' work and skills. After closing, SAP expects the technology to support workforce planning and talent strategies across its SuccessFactors portfolio. SAP also announced that assistants for payroll, HR service, learning, recruiting, onboarding, and career and development are available this month. New benefits tools provide administrators with enrollment monitoring and use employee data to recommend coverage. An integration with WalkMe Learning Arc generates courses and quizzes from natural-language requirements while retaining author control. The acquisition has not closed, and SAP's Workforce Planning Assistant is still coming soon.
