Cloudflare adds production CPU and memory profiling for Workers

Cloudflare adds production CPU and memory profiling for Workers Image: Primary
Cloudflare says developers can now capture CPU and memory profiles of Workers and Durable Objects running in production, adding visibility into resource use that previously required local profiling. Developers can request captures through its dashboard or command-line tool, inspect charts showing resource use by function, and download profiles for further analysis. For stateful Durable Objects, developers can target a specific named object. Cloudflare says its internal teams used profiling to identify duplicate CPU work and memory allocations from code they thought was disabled. Captures require an active instance with enough traffic. Memory profiles show only allocations made during the capture window, so they miss earlier startup allocations.
