Pharo 14 adds RISC-V compilation support and command-line debugging

The Pharo team has released version 14 of its open-source programming language and development environment, adding RISC-V support to its just-in-time compiler and expanding command-line testing and debugging. The virtual machine also gains changes to stack management, memory allocation and garbage collection. The release introduces Mission Control and Pulse, which replaces Spotter, and rebuilds refactoring commands around a unified command registry. Pharo's full stack uses the MIT License. Version 14 also begins a new fall release schedule, replacing the project's spring schedule.
