Heidi announced US$340M in funding: a US$100M Series C led by Blackbird and a US$240M growth investment from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. The round values the healthcare AI company at US$900M, co-founder Tom Kelly said. Heidi builds tools intended to handle work generated by clinical visits. Kelly said the company has grown to almost 600 people and supported over 175 million patient visits. He said Heidi will show its next product direction next week; that work has not yet been demonstrated in the announcement.
