Nvidia releases DLSS 5 neural rendering for NBA 2K27

Nvidia made DLSS 5 available in NBA 2K27 for GeForce RTX 50 Series desktop and laptop GPUs. The technology adds a neural-rendering stage after the game engine produces a frame, using its geometry, textures, lighting data and motion vectors to enhance lighting and material detail while preserving scene structure. Developers can select models, adjust tone and structural intensity, and mask specific objects from the effect. Nvidia says the compact model runs locally at up to 4K with one input frame producing one output frame, but the source provides no comparative frame-rate or image-quality measurements.
