Conlio announces €6.4 million fundraise for European expansion

Conlio announces €6.4 million fundraise for European expansion Image: EU-Startups
German freight software company Conlio announced a €6.4 million fundraise to expand its financial automation platform across Europe. Piton Capital led the financing, with participation from Haufe Group Ventures, WaVe-X, F-LOG Ventures and existing investors. Conlio says it has raised €6.4 million to date. The platform reads and verifies freight documents before automating financial workflows such as invoicing and settlement. It checks shipment-specific requirements across documents that arrive in different formats and languages and can include handwritten notes. Conlio reportedly automates more than 90% of freight document checks; that figure concerns document checks rather than the entire freight forwarding process.
