Dell'Oro Group said the worldwide data center physical infrastructure market reached 10.9 billion dollars in manufacturer revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025. The total grew approximately 20 percent year-over-year. Research Director Alex Cordovil said the breadth of vendor backlogs building across power, cooling, and distribution segments simultaneously stood out in the quarter. He described the synchronized backlog surge as a strong leading indicator for 2026. The firm issued a modest upward revision to its outlook. Direct liquid cooling maintained exceptional growth as hyperscalers and colocation providers scale AI cluster deployments. Uninterruptible power supply system revenue sustained steady growth. Demand growth concentrated in high-capacity three-phase systems as operators configure larger cluster sizes and higher-density data halls. North America continued to lead global growth. Hyperscalers and colocation providers remained the dominant demand engine and collectively accounted for the substantial majority of revenue growth.
