Databricks makes Lakebase Postgres generally available on Google Cloud

Databricks makes Lakebase Postgres generally available on Google Cloud Image: Primary
Databricks announced general availability of Lakebase Postgres on Google Cloud, allowing teams to run serverless Postgres databases for production applications directly on its Data + AI Platform. The company says Lakebase separates computing resources from storage and shares a storage layer with analytical data, removing the need to maintain pipelines between separate operational and analytical systems. Applications use the same security and governance framework as analytics and AI workloads. Customers can create a Lakebase project from their Databricks workspace on Google Cloud and connect through existing Postgres tools.
