Evolution Data Centres obtains 50-year Ho Chi Minh City lease for planned 52MW facility
Image: Primary Ho Chi Minh City has approved a 50-year lease of five hectares in Saigon Hi-Tech Park to Evolution DC Vietnam HCMC Joint Stock Company for a planned data center, local press reported. Evolution lists the proposed VN02 facility at 52MW and 49,500 square meters, with a planned fourth-quarter 2027 opening. Local reporting puts potential investment at about $500 million. Evolution previously partnered with HTC International Telecommunication to develop projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
