SAP begins customer rollout of Joule Work AI interface

SAP says it is beginning the customer rollout of Joule Work, an AI interface that lets employees use natural language to complete work across SAP solutions and third-party data. A select group of customers already uses it in business environments. The interface draws business context from SAP Knowledge Graph, which maps more than 7 million data fields. SAP says Joule Work is live with 110,000 of its employees and reports 20% productivity gains across finance, HR and procurement. Joule Assistants execute operational tasks using existing authorizations and audit trails, with customers setting the level of autonomy.
