EY breach notifications identify Goldman Sachs clients and Man Group as victims

EY breach notifications identify Goldman Sachs clients and Man Group as victims Image: Primary
Clients of Goldman Sachs' wealth management division and UK-listed hedge fund Man Group are among the victims of EY's data breach, the Australian Financial Review reported, citing notifications sent in recent weeks. The disclosures widen the circle of victims of the hacking incident in March and April, which EY first disclosed in July. EY said the incident stemmed from a vulnerability in Checkmarx software and affected the accounting firm, several clients and many other organisations.
