Glow Holdings files to raise up to $350,000 in direct offering

Glow Holdings filed a registration statement on September 22 for a best-efforts direct offering of as many as 35 million common shares at $0.01 each, seeking maximum gross proceeds of $350,000. The company plans to use proceeds for software and platform development, technical personnel, cloud infrastructure, sales, compliance, working capital and general purposes. Glow is shifting toward enterprise software, workflow automation and software-as-a-service products associated with its Wabiam platform. That business remains at an early development and commercialization stage and has generated no revenue. The filing is preliminary, has no minimum raise and must become effective before shares can be sold.
