Krystal Biotech has completed pricing negotiations in Germany and Italy for VYJUVEK, its gene therapy for dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa, FINVIZ reported. The company is targeting an Italian commercial launch in early 2027 as it expands European access to the treatment. VYJUVEK has secured more than 760 reimbursement approvals in the United States. Discussions continue in other European countries and the United Kingdom. Krystal expects a Spanish pricing decision before the end of 2026, while a French decision is not anticipated before 2027.
