Guava makes Daytona voice model available to customers

Guava makes Daytona voice model available to customers Image: Primary
Guava released Daytona, a voice model available to its customers, and published a scoring framework for voice agents. The company said Daytona scored 58.88 out of 100 in its Voice Index, ahead of three other systems it tested. The index combines automated checks with blind evaluations by an external panel, measuring call content and voice experience. The results also show a tradeoff: an ElevenLabs system paired with GPT 5.4 scored higher on resolving calls, earning 79% of available points against Daytona's 67%. Human agents were preferred on response timing in 91% of comparisons across the four systems.
