Shein filing targets up to $1.8 billion in Hong Kong IPO
Shein Global Holdings is seeking to raise as much as HK$13.9 billion, or about $1.8 billion, in a Hong Kong initial public offering, according to a filing cited by Bloomberg. The company is set to debut on the Hong Kong exchange on Sept. 1, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan named as joint sponsors. The offering remains proposed.
