Apple said it is expanding its partnership with Broadcom in a multiyear deal expected to exceed 30 billion dollars, its largest American manufacturing commitment to date. The companies announced the agreement on Wednesday. The pact will result in the production of more than 15 billion U.S.-made chips and support hundreds of American jobs.
