Adobe has introduced an optional AI Assisted Editor beta in Photoshop that replaces its detailed editing interface with a simplified, prompt-based mode. The mode includes tools for background removal, generative expansion, object removal, generative fill, upscaling and visual markup. Adobe says users can move from the AI mode into the traditional Pro Editor. The company also announced prompt-based masked edits and other tools that it says are generally available today.
