MRH Trowe deploys governed AI agents to about 400 staff

MRH Trowe deployed a self-service AI-agent environment to about 400 employees in its first month of production, AWS reported. The German insurance broker uses Strands Agents, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and LibreChat to let staff use agents in a centrally governed environment. The initial use case retrieves an employee's Microsoft Teams meeting transcript and drafts structured minutes. AWS said the deployment cost about $14 per seat in its first month and that the company sees a path to cut infrastructure costs by about 40% through right-sizing and scheduled scaling.
