Meta is challenging Ofcom's Online Safety Act categorization of WhatsApp and Instagram, a move that could impose additional regulation on the services. Roblox and Quora are also contesting their classifications. The Financial Times reported that Meta's action against the UK regulator could slow implementation of the far-reaching law.
