Cursor announced it can now read, write and act across Google Workspace via plugins. The company said users can pull context, draft and update files, and manage their inbox and calendar without leaving Cursor. Plugins are available for Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Chat. The Drive plugin lets users search files and folders, open and download content, and create and organize files. The Gmail plugin supports searching and reading mail, drafting and sending messages, and applying labels and managing threads. The Calendar plugin reads schedules, creates and updates events, and finds free time. The Docs plugin opens and reads documents, writes and edits text, and creates new docs. The Sheets plugin reads ranges and finds values, updates cells, and creates and edits spreadsheets. The Chat plugin reads spaces and messages and sends messages and direct messages.
