June raises $20 million pre-seed led by Benioff's Time Ventures for enterprise AI deployment

June, a startup founded by former Salesforce executives, raised $20 million in pre-seed funding led by Marc Benioff's Time Ventures, TechCrunch reported. Additional backers include Michael Dell, Aaron Levie, and George Kurtz. The company declined to share its valuation and emerged from stealth Monday morning. Cofounders Efrat Rapoport, Ohad Hen, Barak Goldstein, and Idan Tsitiat previously started Bonobo AI, which Salesforce acquired. Rapoport said enterprises still struggle to connect AI agents to legacy platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, DataBricks, and Workday amid fragmented data and technical debt. June's platform scans existing systems to map processes and bottlenecks, then builds agent-powered workflows with a step-by-step implementation roadmap. Paul Akinmade, chief strategy officer at mortgage lender CMG, said the tool clarified where to deploy agents after weeks of stalled Salesforce integration work. Rapoport frames June as a complement to forward-deployed engineers, while some customers seek to avoid that model.
