Bytes Technology Group announced plans to acquire UK cybersecurity services company CyberOne for an initial £19.4 million in cash, RTTNews reported. Additional cash payments over the next 16 months will depend on performance. It generated £9.5 million in revenue in the 12 months ended July 31, 2026.
