Apple says Siri AI will work on second- and third-generation Apple TV 4K devices through a forthcoming tvOS software update, extending support beyond the newly introduced fourth-generation model. The company's press release lists Apple TV 4K models from the second generation onward as compatible with the beta. At launch, the assistant will be available in English in the US, Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and the UK. Owners of the two older generations can receive Siri AI without buying the new $299 device.
