AWS Marketplace lets subsidiaries sell from a shared product listing

AWS says partners with multiple legal entities can now publish one AWS Marketplace product listing and authorize subsidiaries to sell it through direct private offers. The capability is available at no additional cost wherever AWS Marketplace operates. The primary account retains listing ownership and controls which products and buyer countries each subsidiary may serve. Subsidiaries transact under their own local tax identities, choose supported local currencies and manage payment destinations. The primary account receives consolidated reporting on offers, agreements and renewals. Revoking authorization immediately prevents a subsidiary from creating new offers, but leaves existing agreements and offers already extended to buyers unchanged.
