John Deere starts early access for farm-data AI assistant

The company says the assistant uses customers' field, machine, and operational data to answer questions about equipment settings, fuel use, harvest timing, best practices, and historical trends. Deere plans a broader web and mobile rollout and later expansion to in-cab displays. The company says it will not sell farm data and lets farmers control third-party sharing.
