First Hydrogen signs definitive deal for 60% stake in RoboticsCo, launches First Humanoid

First Hydrogen Corp. said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 60% interest in RoboticsCo, issuing two million common shares in stages and financing $2 million in stages under mutually agreed budgets. The company also launched First Humanoid Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary to hold and commercialize humanoid robotics, autonomous systems and AI-enabled technology IP. RoboticsCo owns or licenses 26 issued and 10 pending patents covering actuation gearboxes and high-performance motors, and says more than 500 motors and gearboxes have been manufactured and shipped. The transaction remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, and a finder's and consulting fee will be paid to a third party under exchange policies.
