Roblox said at its annual Developer Conference that it is expanding "Build," its generative AI game-creation feature, beyond New Zealand to Serbia and Singapore, adding desktop access, an asset library and iterative control. The company also said creators will soon be able to publish their games as separate apps on mobile, PC and consoles, with Roblox acting as the game engine, and that players will be able to join a game in-browser through a link by year-end. Roblox is additionally launching a Roblox Wallet, built with Airwallex, that pays U.S. creators aged 18 and older in real money by the end of each business day, with a Roblox Card planned for next year.
