Atlassian makes workforce routing and AI change risk workflows generally available
Image: Primary Atlassian announced general availability of Workforce Management and AI Change Risk Assessment workflows in Jira Service Management at Team '26 Europe. It also introduced Solution Composer in open beta to configure service desks from natural-language requests.
Workforce Management combines schedules, availability, capacity, and skills to assign incoming work. The risk workflows draw on Atlassian's Teamwork Graph to assess business, technical, operational, compliance, and financial factors and suggest mitigation actions.
Solution Composer uses Rovo to configure request types, workflows, service-level agreements, and portals. Proactive device monitoring and service workflows accessed from tools such as Slack, Teams, or Claude remain in closed early access.
