Atlassian opens Loom video briefs to agents and adds external workflow triggers

Atlassian opens Loom video briefs to agents and adds external workflow triggers Image: Primary
Atlassian says its Loom Record for Agent feature is now in open beta, allowing users to give agents instructions through video recordings. The feature captures spoken instructions and screen content so agents can create Jira work items, prototypes or slides in Confluence. The company also announced third-party agent triggers and automations for Jira and Confluence. Users can run external agents alongside Atlassian's agents and retain a history of their actions. A Salesforce status change can initiate an agent workflow that creates a document or task; users define the trigger and where a human must check the work before it goes out.
