Health-benefits platform Thatch raised $108 million from existing investors at a $1 billion valuation, TechCrunch reported. The company was valued at $410 million when it raised a $40 million Series B 17 months earlier. Thatch offers employers an individual-plan marketplace using ICHRAs, through which employers set fixed health budgets and workers select plans. It says AI recommends plans for employees' needs.
